Uppsala's new Concert & Convention Center is taking finished from on Vaksala Torg, to the east of downtown.

The local newspaper, Upsala Nya Tidning, is keeping track of citizens' reactions on its blog, while local wags have already come up with several nicknames for Danish architect Henning Larsen's design, including House of Cards, The Piano, and Forsmark #4, the latter due to the aesthetic resemblance to three troubled nuclear power stations on the east coast of Sweden.
