Zoid Shelves

Three Stripa shelves from IKEA, a few drywall anchors and some touch-up paint later, I have a shelving solution for the collection of boxed 1980's wind-up toy robots from Tomy in the shape of dinosaurs, Zoids:

Hasbro has recently started marketing these again in the States, but the ones I remember from my childhood bore the Tomy brand and came in the distinctive boxes shown above. Later on I'll try and transcribe some of the strange Engrish pseudo-poetry that passed for marketing slogans on some of them.

No salesman will call

I've always been puzzled by this dialog box in Microsoft Windows Messenger:

Is it meant to be tongue-in-cheek? Or are people really worried they'll some guy pitching discount Ronco knives pounding on their door during the dinner hour if they participate in an online survey?
