There are two things I like about this picture, taken outside the Humanities Center at Uppsala University.

1) his technique of holding the Moleskin notebook and the cell phone cross-wise. I suspect he's left-handed.

2) his luggage, which was by far the brightest thing in otherwise-grey Uppsala for several square kilometers.
