Ural Thomas

Catching up on some late-2005 content, I've finally processed some shots of Ural Thomas, one of the performers in the Wheedle's Groove ensemble who played at the Strangercrombie benefit.

Thanks to Richard at Evil Bunny Films for helping me put the name to the face -- they're at work on a documentary about the history of soul and funk in 1970's Seattle.

You have a great website. I tried to find an e-mail address but couldn't. Why don't you come to the next Johann Christian Mercklen reunion. We've had two and the next one will be the 1st Sunday in August.(2007) Not sure where it will be the next time. We're going to place a memorial monument in the cemetery he's buried in. Not sure exact spot but we know where George's grave is. So we'll come up with something. You might like to be a part of that. Again, you have a nice website. Cousin Susan
