Dahlia Lounge

Just got back from a fine meal at Dahlia Lounge in downtown Seattle. Here are some pictures of various dishes, taken with a Canon 19-35 f/2.8 L lens I was trying out:

Spanish White Anchovy
Octopus, lemon, olive oil, smoked paprika and sea salt
Smoked salmon, hot mustard
Mackerel, ocean salad
Yellow fin tuna, spicy aioli and salmon roe

Dungeness crab cakes, warm spinach salad, fried chickpeas and red pepper mayonnaise

Yellow fin tuna, escarole, stewed delicata squash and crispy cured tuna

Brown butter carrot cake, pecan golden raisin chutney and cream cheese ice cream

Dahlia coconut cream pie, white chocolate, toasted coconut
